We’re stoked to introduce you to Amy. She’s a Freo local and has a tonne of experience working with community, in sustainability and gardening. Many of you may know her from her work with Hilton Harvest.

Terra looks after the Farm’s website and memberships, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She’s passionate about using technology for good and loves that the Farm brings together three of her favourite things: fresh local produce, community wellbeing, and practical problem-solving.

Rowan lives close by and loves bringing his little boy to the Farm so he can get his hands dirty and learn how food is grown.

Rowan is using his government experience to help secure grant and sponsorship funding opportunities for the Farm.

Sophie loves anything to do with plants and has 13 years experience in the Horticulture and Landscape Industry. Soph owns her own business The Lady of the Leaves.

Soph has a special interested in how gardening and nature has a positive effect on our wellbeing, confidence and connection with others. Sophie has a caring attitude to those in our community who are doing it tough with housing, mental health and disabilities.

Ivan joined the Farm's volunteer team in October 2024, inspired by a transformative Permaculture course he completed a month earlier. With a background in graphic design, marketing, and extensive experience as a tour guide across Australia and Europe, Ivan brings a unique perspective to the team. He's passionate about deepening his knowledge of conservation, food security, mental health, and sustainable living. For Ivan, the Farm is not just a place to grow food, but a space to help build a more resilient, connected community. He’s committed to supporting the Farm’s growth alongside the Board and Amy, with the ultimate goal of helping to establish more social farms across Western Australia and beyond!

Annika has been part of the farm community since its earliest days - she lives across the road and loves picking vegetables with her family. With her Computer Science background, she brings systematic thinking to help guide the farm’s direction and is passionate about giving back to this special community.

Renée has held an inspired vision for the North Freo Social Farm since the very beginning. Renée has incredible knowledge of the site, obsession with market gardens, passion for social impact and wellbeing, plus a killer relationship skills. She is, a star!

Renee graciously, generously and unassumingly lead the transition from phase one, Growing Change to phase two North Freo Social Farm. The Farm as we know it would not exist with out Renee. Now, no longer a formal Board member, she is our strong supporter and will always be our Founder.
